Responsibilities
• Provide expert-level support for RAN network troubleshooting and optimization.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis and fault diagnostics for RAN performance issues.
• Generate and deliver monthly POD (Performance Overview Documents) related to RAN.
• Participate in regular meetings with customers to review performance, address challenges, and propose network enhancements.
• Manage license utilization and capacity planning.
• Handle NTTs (Network Trouble Tickets), including validation and resolution.
• Submit and manage MDTs (Major Data Troubles) in the Remedy system for fault reporting and rectification.
• Perform periodic RAN Node Health Checks and parameter audits.
• Deliver performance reports tailored to Salam’s operational and quality standards.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in RAN-related Back Office & Network Management roles Product
