Overview

Category: Front Office (FO)

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and understand network topology and architecture for OLT, DWDM, and OSN technologies.

• Monitor alarms and overall network performance using available tools and platforms.

• Open, update, and assign trouble tickets (TTs) and performance issues within defined SLA timelines.

• Maintain follow-ups on all open incidents and ensure timely resolution.

• Oversee network change management: monitor change activities and ensure changes are executed within the change window.

• Escalate critical incidents to senior management or relevant departments.

• Coordinate with Field Operations and TAWAL teams for on-site support and network changes.

• Accurately document and update all network activities in the Remedy system.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Front Office & Customer Care roles with similar scope Product

Experience: Huawei / Nokia / Cisco

Domain: Fixed Broadband (FBB)
