Overview

Category: Front Office (FO)

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IPMPLS, Internet Gateway (IGW), and Enterprise Network performance.

• Maintain knowledge of network topology and service-level configurations.

• Handle alarm management and conduct performance tracking.

• Open, manage, and escalate TTs and assign tasks to relevant Back Office teams within SLA.

• Follow through on all incidents from initiation to resolution.

• Ensure proper execution of change activities, maintaining compliance with the change window.

• Engage with Field Teams, SNFN, and TAWAL for incident resolution and field operations.

• Log all activities in Remedy and open tickets with MNOs for MVNO-related issues.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Front Office & Customer Support roles Product

Experience: Huawei / Cisco
