Salary: BDT 100,000–130,000 per month (Based on qualification & experience)

General Nursing Duties include but are not limited to:

Patient Care & Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide safe and high-quality nursing care as per hospital standards
• Assess patient conditions, record vital signs, and update charts regularly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies
• Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes or critical situations
• Support pre-operative and post-operative care
• Ensure proper wound care, catheter care, IV line management, and infection control

Safety, Hygiene & Protocol Compliance

• Follow hospital safety guidelines and infection prevention policies
• Maintain hygiene standards in patient rooms and clinical areas
• Operate medical equipment safely and report any malfunction immediately
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste as per hospital compliance

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate clearly with doctors, medical teams, patients, and families
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care

Administrative & Support Tasks

• Prepare reports, maintain nursing documentation, and assist with audits
• Support quality improvement programs and training initiatives
• Participate in shift handovers and maintain continuity of care
• Maintain stock of medical supplies and report inventory shortages

• B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized and approved institution
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Valid Nursing License / Registration
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care & safety protocols
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
• Must pass the Saudi Nursing Licensing Examination (SNLE) — via Prometric test
• Ability to work under pressure in a multinational environment
